Lazy Autumn Nights..

It's that time again.

Autumn is officially here and I can't complain seeing as it's not only my favourite time of year but I have been pining for the chilly days and the dark nights so I can break out my autumnal wardrobe and winter coats. While this outfit isn't heavy on the wool or particularly cosy, it's a slow and steady start before I dress in nothing but winter attire. These green jeans from Zara are not only comfortable, but the silver zips make them stylish too. They also come in an array of colours and a leather look version, so if you find yourself strangely wandering into Zara with no control, you might be able to purchase the blue and black version like me too... When you're popping out last minute to somewhere not particularly fancy, they are a staple that you can just throw on and go with pretty much anything. This simple collared effect jumper from Primark is also absolutely perfect if you're like me, a clichéd lover of autumn/winter layering but are an extremely lazy dresser, the white attached collar with white fabric at the bottom give the effect of a collared shirt, and no one will ever know you're cheating..

A Birthday Weekend..

Im officially 21.

For my first EVER outfit post I wanted to post pictures of me on the go, doing something special. The occasion being celebrating my birthday in Paris and the Lake District in England in what was possibly the best weekend ever. I went from wearing a summer dress and paisley print playsuit while in a scorching Paris, to embracing autumnal trends and colours as soon as I arrived back in dreary Bolton. I immediately switched to wearing tights, boots and the ever present checked print which seems to still be continuing its reign from last year, teaming each outfit with my favourite floppy H&M hat which completes any outfit, as well as gets me in the mood for my favourite season..

Taking The Plunge..

Hello! I've been wanting to start this blog for a long time, but due to being a scaredy cat (i know, stupid, probably nervous about my thoughts and ramblings being put out there on the blogosphere!) I've been putting it off for ages. I don't know why I think now is the perfect time to start but after months of reading others blogs and being inspired, I'm finally doing it. My name is Natasha Burgess, I'm 21 and from a town called Bolton in the North West of England. I miss writing creatively and am obsessed with looking at fashion blogs on a daily basis so hopefully this blog will allow me to indulge in both!
