Cult Camel Coats..

I have been searching for the perfect camel coloured coat for FOREVER. I kept stumbling onto long and tailored pieces but I didn't want to go too Kim K, just a medium sized one that would keep me warm for the crazy windy weather we are having, as you can tell from these pictures. This cult Topshop coat has been quite hard to track down but I finally managed to get my hands on it. Throwing on my favourite Mulberry scarf, its definitely the one to keep me warm throughout this season..

I am wearing: Coat-Topshop    Scarf-Mulberry(Tried to track down this colour but it is hiding! Same scarf, different colour way here.)  Trousers-H&M(Old)   Boots-Hunter (I have worn these to death and they are sadly limited edition, booo you Hunter for all your amazing boots being limited edition!!!)   Watch-Michael Kors

Travel Diary: Berlin

I love city breaks. Whilst I look forward to enjoying a summer holiday if I am lucky enough, I sometimes think I love mini breaks the most, especially in Winter. I have to say I think this is the first official WINTER trip I have taken, I have visited Rome during December but found myself strangely taking off my jacket and wandering around in a thin top as the weather was unexpectedly warm! This was not the case when I visited Berlin this weekend though, although I had been checking the weather, nothing could prepare me for how cold it was! I'm not actually a wimp when it comes to the cold as I LOVE getting wrapped up and wearing as many layers as possible, however it was bitterly windy indeed. One of the best things about the trip was getting to see family who I don't get to see very often, and also to experience the Christmas markets. Berlin is definitely the place to go if you want to get into the festive spirit, there is no shortage of lights, markets and amazing scents of food and mulled wine that follows you wherever you go. Although this might make me a bad beginner blogger, sometimes you're just having too much fun in the moment to take several snaps, so here are just a few from the trip...

The famous fish tank, in the beautiful Radisson Blu hotel..

Christmassy decorations in the Radisson Blu, I would stay here all day every day..

This was one of the 'smaller' markets...

As I said, it was freezing! I was wrapped up like an eskimo in my Topshop coat, Zara boots, and grey accessories..

                                                                     Beautiful lights...

Have you ever visited Berlin? Which are your favourite cities to visit? Ever been on a mini-break at Christmas time?

Camel & Biker Trousers..

I have found my new favourite leather pants, thanks to Zara. I literally live in leathers, if I find the right pair I tend to find them really comfortable and just so easy to wear! They go with everything, from jumpers and t-shirts during the day, to sparkly tops and shirts for a night time outfit. I've been on the hunt for some a new dressy pair for a while since my last pair (sadly) ripped, maybe I wore them a little too much.. I spotted these hanging up and knew I had to have them! I'll be wearing them this festive season with heels and a festive inspired top, or with a cosy jumper like I am here.
I am wearing: Hat-H&M  Jumper-Zara   Shirt-Primark  Pants-Zara      Shoes-Zara

Gatsby Glamour..

Missguided. Topshop. River Island. Nearly everywhere you look at the moment every shop or online website is embracing the feathered and fluffy trend, from dresses to co-ords, furry embellishments on heels and bob hats with too cute fluffy pompoms. This dress from Topshop had been on my wish list for a while, the black version seemed to be extremely popular and as soon as I saw the white version it had to be mine. I was attending a 20's themed Christmas dinner party, and while the theme was optional (only about two people stuck to it, I believe!!) I still wanted to give a nod to what I believe is one of the most important Fs in regards to 1920's fashion, feathers and fringe. I included my favourite old faithful nude ASOS clutch and also added gold jewellery and shoes to give it the standard Christmas party sparkle. I wanted to add a few pictures, not the best quality, but at least I had a red carpet to compliment the glamour of the 1920's era...
